Eyal Hen

Eyal Hen has served as our Chief Financial Officer since May 2019. Mr. Hen has more than 16 years’ experience as a global finance and business management executive in corporate environments. In his most recent role prior to joining Rekor with VAYA Pharma Inc. as CFO/COO, Eyal developed finance, tax and operational strategies including monthly reporting, forecasts and budgets for headquarters and stakeholders. Prior to VAYA, Eyal was at Ormat Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ORA) as Vice President of Finance and Administration. As part of his responsibilities at Ormat, Eyal oversaw all global financial reporting including SEC filing, US tax filing and global tax planning, and SOX compliance. He managed an annual budget of over $350 million while handling communication with investors, debtors, the board of directors and the company’s private equity partners. Eyal was a team member in project financing activities of more than $2 billion. He also was a key player with acquisitions at Ormat, overseeing more than $1 billion in grants awarded by the US government. Earlier in his career, Eyal was Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Ben Gurion University (Israel), a M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, and is an Israeli certified public accountant (CPA).
