Joseph Nalepa has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 17, 2025. Mr. Nalepa previously served as the Company’s Corporate Controller, where he led financial reporting, including the preparation and review of SEC filings, and oversaw the Company’s budgeting and forecasting processes. He played a key role in scaling the Company’s accounting and finance organization, implementing an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and integrating acquired subsidiaries.

Mr. Nalepa’s experience includes financial reporting, internal controls, and operational finance. He led the development of the Company’s internal control framework and worked closely with cross-functional teams on supply chain optimization and other strategic initiatives. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Nalepa worked at KPMG LLP in Baltimore, Maryland, where he concluded his tenure as an Audit Manager.

Mr. Nalepa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Salisbury University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
