Mark Phillips currently serves as General Manager for Rekor Discover, the Company’s AI-driven roadway intelligence platform. In this role, he leads the growth and delivery of solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and high-resolution video analytics to provide comprehensive traffic and vehicle insights.

Mr. Phillips brings more than 30 years of experience in traffic data management, intelligent transportation systems, and international business development. He has held senior leadership roles at Q-Free America and Q-Free UK Limited, where he led major contract wins, oversaw product innovation, and directed global project delivery.

Mr. Phillips previously founded TDC Systems Limited, where he developed industry-leading weigh-in-motion technologies and expanded the business internationally. He began his career in engineering, with experience in system design and deployment across multiple global markets.

Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath.
