Non-compliant database connection
Unauthorized or non-compliant databases are checked and updated once per day then uploaded to our system for identification matching.
Real-time violation detection
Vehicles are detected by Rekor Edge Series systems to identify violations. Alerts are sent to Rekor AutoNotice™ the moment a violation is detected.
Manual quality assurance and approval
Quality Assurance agents manually approve events by reviewing the stored image, video, vehicle information, and registered owner information.
Advanced alert and event authorization
Approved events are marked as a verified violation and authorized by Rekor AutoNotice™ for official digital notice creation.
Automatic notice printing and mailing
Notices are automatically generated, printed, and mailed to the registered vehicle owner. If an address has changed, a nixie is issued.
Simple payment processing and disputes
Citizens pay online, by phone, or by mail. They may also dispute the notice. All payments and disputes can be tracked in real-time by admins.
