By analyzing live, high-resolution video of active traffic the application delivers per vehicle records (PVR) in real-time that enables cities, states, and municipalities to better plan and engineer safe and reliable roadways for the future.‍
• Edge Flex Portable System: Rekor Edge Flex is a non-intrusive, portable data collection system that captures and transforms high-speed roadway data into holistic traffic insights. Edge Flex captures up to 6 lanes of traffic and analyzes it with AI-powered video processing. Vehicle category classification, vehicle counts, and speed reports are made available in web-based dashboards or exported in multiple file formats (ie. .PRN, .CSV) that meet TMG standards.‍
• Edge Max Fixed System: Rekor Edge Max is an edge-based fixed traffic data collection system that captures and transforms high-resolution roadway data into holistic traffic insights. The system captures up to 6 lanes of traffic and analyzes it using AI-powered video processing at the edge. The Edge Max features an onboard modem, easy mounting, and optional solar power.
